I put together my own steam punk costume and added these goggles to it. While I would have loved a really well designed pair of goggles that looked more steam punk, for the price these worked really well and were pretty comfortable when I actually wore them. They do significantly obscure peripheral vision, but otherwise they actually seem like they could be fairly functional.
