Pros Cons Best Uses Comments: I really wanted to like this projector but I had to return it... The problem with this product is that it is just too low tech for me. The preview video makes this product way cooler than it really is. You are given a 6 slides which get stuck when inserted in or taken out (i had to use pliers a couple of times to take off the slides) and you have to manually change the slides which is a pain. The last thing you want to do fidget around with a projector when you are in the middle of throwing a party. This would have been way better if you could change the slides by a mere click of a button. Also, the projected image does not move on the wall but stays in one place and the light just plays a cloudy effect on the image. The sound effect is not scary at all but more silly - the video preview amplified the volume and must have added to the soundtrack because the sound was way too low and a lot of those scary sounds in the preview was missing when I tried the item. This really does not add anything special to my haunted house that I can't do better myself. With the technology that is already out there - if you have a mini projector that works with your laptop - you can do much better on your own. |

Comments: I put this in my living room and plan to use it during parties. Just a little extra and you can't go wrong with projected images. ; ) The music/effects playing ominously in the background is a nice tough. |

Comments: I love this thing. The ability to change the volume on it is great because I have other props I'd rather listen to. It'd be neat if the sounds could change per image as well. The image projected can be as big as you want (within reason). We couldn't wait for Halloween to play with it. We took it to a friend's who we helped decorate for, and I was afraid someone would walk off with it! |
