We had Igor in the hallway greeting guests as they came in. He was a BIG hit and we are very pleased with the purchase. The only problem we had was the motion sensor didn't seem to work with the lights off, and the skull lights didn't light up.

Amazing facial features. Love the fact that the mouth of Igor and the skull move when they talk. Looks very realistic. Wish it could be controlled with a foot pad though.

This figure worked great for our party. The interaction between the butler and the scull he is holding is very funny! Good value for the price.

I loved Igor Greeter, but unfortunately had to return because of defective/broken motor. Now unfortunately it was out of stock. I will try again next year. really nice looking character. happy Halloween!

Igor's face and his interaction with the skull is great. His head does tend to look toward the ceiling so it doesn't seem like he is looking at anyone. I am unable to find a volume control if there is one. I have several Gemmy animated figures and the body style of this guy is very poor quality in comparison. Clothing is also marginal. The motion sensor does work well which is a plus. Overall he will be a good prop.

This would have been great....but the pvc pipe that creates upper toso was totally missing. I had a bottom piece and the head with shoulder plate. It was too close to Halloween to start over, get an RA, or wait for the missing parts so I purchased a piece of pvc pipe and cut to fit. Maybe not the best solution--but it works for now...

I love this butler, but this is the second one I have purchased - the first one didn't speak and the second one was missing a piece and the jaw on the skeleton head hit the tray every time the mouth moved. I am really upset because I love him so much - maybe the third time is the charm??

This guy is way cool, I am a total kid with him and he might just have to stay out all year!!!! The sensor works great .and the voice is not distorted . if i could change anything would be that the skull on the platter had eyes just not red light , have eyeballs light up,, I would highly recommend
