Was a great fit with my costume. 5'6'' and there was a gap between the top of the thigh high and my under petty coat. I thought it would make my legs look unappealing and blotchy like the woman in the picture, but it looked fine. At first the fit was too tight but they loosed right up; a bit too much if you're planning on moving much as motion will push them to slide down. Overall it was a fun compliment to my costume.
