Well, I bought this exact costume from a different website but it was the same brand and everything. The tank top is WAY too low for tweens! You need full grown "girls" to fit the tank. I didn't realize that until trick or treating with my BFF and my BF. Of course, the tank fell down many times so instead of putting it on my chest like Eeyore to his "tael" (with a tack) I sold all my candy so far so I could go get a tank of the same color at a random store. So, DON'T WEAR THE TANK!!!!!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
