Comments: Bought this for my Granddaughter, she loves it. There was an issue with the crown when it was received, Spirit immediately sent a replacement, no questions asked. I was told to 'donate' or keep the original one, saving me the time of having to return it. The customer service was awesome! Thank you Spirit. |

Comments: I bought this for my 8 1/2 year old for halloween. She was so excited to get it and put it on. The day she wore the headpiece, which is attached to the hard rubbery type fabric with elastic, pulled off the bottom part of the headpiece. So, the elastic was so tight that it came off with part of the headpiece! We were both totally disappointed that it broke and now I have to try and fix it when she wore it for like 5 minutes. It wouldn't have been so bad if the elastic pulled through the fabric, then I could have just made a new hole. But it took a big chunk with it. |
