Comments: First received this product, it had a few issues. I contacted Spirit and they immediately corrected the problem. Spirit has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I will buy most of my Halloween products from Spirit. The prop they sent me the second time is awesome and works great..can't wait for Halloween. |

Comments: This animatronic is great! His voice is so menacing and evil. His eyes and lantern light up, and a nice feature about the Caretaker is the blue lighting hidden behind the tombstone to illuminate him. He rises to a great height! His mouth movements and facial detail make him look very realistic. The arm that connects to the tombstone may fall off due to the tape not sticking firmly, but that can be fixed easily. When he lowers down (laughing demonically), the motor is loud. As long as you have music/sounds playing at your haunt, it won't be noticeable. I love the Creepy Caretaker - he looks and sounds so real! He also works on the footpad! |

Comments: This awesome animated prop fits in perfectly with our graveyard decor we put outside of our haunted house. The face makes it seem realistic and the mouth moves in synch to the voice, and I like that ALOT! The only problem I have with it is that it falls over easily and is only three feet tall standing up, but still a great prop. congratulations spirithalloween.com you've got yourself a happy customer! |
