Product was sized to fit a child even thought it said adult. My size 2 friend fit snug and it was supposed to fit 4-12 adult. Did not use it and returned.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I bought this costume for a Halloween party and absolutely LOVED it! It's super cute and very original. I didn't have to worry about anyone else wearing my costume. It is short and so I'm glad I bought a bit of a longer petticoat for it but I couldn't be happier with the attention I got from it!
