This is one of the best looking costumes we've I've seen in long time. And better yet, no one else in our neughorhood has the same one. It's definately well worth the money. My son won 2nd place in a Halloween Parade for best costume and every house we went to while trick or treating commented on how great the costume was !! Although , as the others have said, the mask does need a little more padding added inside of it but I unfortunately didnt have time to add extra before my son used the costume. My son only complained one time and kept the mask on the entire time while wearing it but his forehead was actually bruised when he took the mask off. Despite that , I would still recommend this costume to anyone considering it !! Go ahead, you will be glad you did.

I ordered it for my 5-year-old son (even though it's for 9-year-olds because he's in LOVE with it and had been wanting it since last year. Unfortunately, I ordered it a day or so late because I followed the estimated arrival date and it didn't arrive until the day AFTER Halloween!! Anyway, my son's eyes literally lit up in excitement when he saw it so we'll be saving it for next year.

Have your child wear some reflective items outside the costume because s/he can blend in to the dark and could pose a hazard for drivers not seeing the child. Make sure the mask is comfortable to wear. My son took it off after a while because it was rubbing his face. If I'd have known ahead of time, I would have inserted something soft so this would not have bothered him. We live in the northeast and with the cold nights for trick-of-treating, this costume was wonderful because it kept him warm (able to layer some shirts underneath without being bulky).

Our 8 year old won first place at his schools costume contest, plus compliments all night long. Only thing it needs is more velcro to attach hood to facemask. Otherwise good quality and sharp costume.

It is a great costume. Just like the other reviews stated, the part of the mask that rests on the forehead is quite jagged and uncomfortable. It is a very easy fix though. Just find something soft or squishy to cover the area.

My son (7) tried this on when we got it, and said the head part hurt. So, just like a lot of others, we will be using extra padding on the big night!!
