I bought these to go with my daughter's Halloween Costume. The socks are slightly big in the foot area but works well because she has ruffles for her ankles which cover the heel part that shows. These socks would fit better on a bigger foot probably starting at a size 5 in womens.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
