I wore this for a Halloween party with a wig for Cindy Lou Who, husband was the Grinch. Did not use the hat or cuffs, hat was small. The dress says up to size 12, but I'm 5'2" and 108lbs, normally wear a size 2 or petite 4 and it barely fit me. I had to wear very thick tights because it barely covered my butt. I'm sure the material stretches to fit a larger person but can't imagine it going to size 12 !! I thought the boot covers were cute and worked out well. Worked great for me and the price, delivered on time.

I'm not big 5'5 140lb but too bad it's only one size i would like it lager, n had to wear white tights w it but I did get a lots of stuff for what I paid, great deal!
