I am a size 14 with a 38 D chest and 5'9". I found this store in Canada and bought it there for $10 more than on line. It fits great, a little concerned about how much thigh it showed so I bought some fish nets and it looks amazing, the hat is a cheap cotton cap, i am going to look for a black police type hat instead or go without, as the costume is enough. It is very comfortable which was really important to me as I am hosting the party and sit down meal for 12 and will be quite busy!!!
