Horns look great and fit very comfortably. They have a mesh backing that's fixed to the inside of the horn. You can either trim the mesh to fit the outline of the horn, or use it all for extra hold and just cover it with makeup. Horns are pretty heavy duty foam, so either get ahold of some really good spirit gum (not the stuff you get from a drugstore) or just use diluted superglue.
