This costume was for my son who is in a size 3, so know that it will fit the smallest size well. Its a tad baggy, but not sure it will fit well when he's a 4T. The head piece velcro is small so that is the only con. Costume is very very warm! Great for our climate which is what we were looking for. Great for dressup other then halloween and very easy for a child to get on and off (pro bathroom breaks!)

The costume was cute and seemed well-made but the sizing was off. I got the L (4-6) for my 5yo. He's average size for his age and it was about 5 inches too short in the legs. He was so bummed when I had to return it.

Big enough to wear warm clothes underneath . I love it..Had my extremely tall 2 year old , try this on in the store. if your child is about average 2 or 3 year old height you should be fine. my son is about the size of average 4 to 5 year old,so going to exchange it to get a size 4-6 only problem.... the head is a bit wobbly and loose on my sons head already so a bigger size will probably be worse but with either a little velcro or simply sew a few buttons on the neck to keep head attached and its perfect , he can move around , and kept it on for hours the first day we bought it . too cute and the tail ( LOVE IT)

We bought this for my son for Halloween, he is crazy about Dinosaur Train! he tried it on and it looked awesome, he cant wait to wear it for trick or treating! The only complaint that we would have is from the head part to the body part of the costume it doesn't meet like they show in the picture. This is not a huge deal, we will just have to get a orange t-shirt to go under the costume. This might not be the case for a smaller child but we purchased the 4-6 and my son wears a five. Just something you would want to know before purchasing this costume.
