Purchased for use as halloween costume for office party, won 1st place! Added a button down maternity blouse and a clear plastic female zombie mask. Looked pretty realistic & gruesome. Seen from profile someone thought I was really pregnant! Easy to take off and change into office clothes, shame couldn't wear all day. Some great reactions on train ride from work to home. Though New York is tough a crowd, some folks didn't even react or crack a smile. I'm a plus sized woman and didn't expect the size large t-shirt to fit, but it did! If looking for something unique, I would recommend this costume. Recommend using a light undershirt or tank top. It does get warm and sticks to you as the attached t-shirt is polyester, I believe. Would be even better if the designer added a cotton panel to back of operating mechanism for added comfort. Truly enjoyed this belly buster! Wish I could share a picture.

It runs small, so a large man could not fit in this. But, if it fits what a great costume! Everyone was amazed when they saw it.

I love the costume. The only problem I had with that the baby's face was upside down. I wanted as shown online. It was kind of disappomted in the way the item was packaged, it looks as if this item was returned to spirit halloween and they didn't bother to check it.... just shipped it to next customer, me. Since the item was functional decided to keep but the next time they do something like that will return and never purchase from them again. As for the head will detach from shirt and install correctly. I might switch to a gown to give a more feminine touch. Loving it.

The fabric is heavy duty which is a good thing because my local Spirit Halloween store only had this in "ONE SIZE FITS ALL". It was a very tight fit and I am not a big man. I was able to stretch the fabric out enough to put it on and take it off (very carefully) to make it work. I think it will be a hit with the neighborhood Trick or Treaters. I would recommend it to a "smaller" friend.

I bought this product to take apart. I knew from the pictures the t-shirt was not going to be what I wanted. But found an old prom gown at the good will that I am putting the mechanism into. will be much more gory and the perfect pregnant zombie

I'm using it with the Nun costume. Fixed it up so the Nun looks pregnant-than the zombie pops out. It will be great!!!

The prop is great, very special and gets a lot of compliments! We bought this, and am very excited to wear it to greet trick or treaters. The only problem is that the one size shirt is very small and not overly long. My husband is an average man and he feels very tight in it. So I will have to wear it. Other than that, the quality is fabulous. We were expecting a flimsy regular t-shirt, but the material is shockingly heavy duty
