This costume is very stretchy so it fit me very well. My measurements are approximately 38" 32" 36" (bust-waist-hip), I got a size large, and it hugs me in all the right places without showing my imperfections. The nurse cap and the cape are very cute. The collar of the cape can be folded down or stay up. This is more of a cute costume rather than sexy. I think it would look nice with a white petticoat underneath.
