It was ok the 1st. day i got it, worked good,then he really started to eat the batteries away in hours a day. which is not good. Plus it did NOT setup the way it should.

putting it together was a breeze despite what other reviews said. first one did not work properly Spirit had a new one to me the very next day!!!

This was one of the more poorly manufactured items we have ordered from Spirit! Pre-assembled items did not line-up as they should have. Requires additional rigging to prevent tipping over. Motor quit working after 3 days of operation (could not lift the head & body). I do admit it was Scary the first day of operation (once we got it all assembled and working correctly) but as time went on, it started malfunctioning and then finally gave out all together...Where do I get a refund?

I got mine lat year and when i started putting it together, nothing worked. I tried all I could to get it to work, but it did absolutely nothing. I probably got a bad one though

I had to take it to a SPirit store to get it put together and it even took them a long time...EYes don't light up. Not to mention the fact that I was double billed.

i bought this product and the pole that raises and lowers the product did not lower the product. waiting on another pole. regardless i would keep this bc it really would scare any kid especially in the dark.

The sound is nice and loud so it gives a great effect outdoors. It was fairly easy to put together. Best animated Halloween prop I have ever purchased. Everyone loves it!!!

Overall great prop, but the plastic posts are very fragile. In simply moving it around, the main plastic post twisted out and one of the flanges broke. This is a new prop for me and I hate it when things break too easily. It still works, but it needs to be handled like a crystal vase to avoid breakage...

Highly recommended! This was the centerpiece of my graveyard scene at my halloween party last year and I couldn't stop laughing from all the guests he scared throughout the night. I hid him with only the jack o' lantern peering out. It scared the hell out of all my party guests. The sound activation is wonderfully sensitive - so anyone who gets within 1-2 feet of him gets a good scare and the scary sound and voice is loud enough for all in the room to hear. The only problem is that he takes up a lot of battery juice and any sound pretty much sets him off. I highly recommend getting the plug adapter and the footpad activator that goes with him - otherwise you will have to change his battery at least two or three times during the night.

If you think he is cute in the picture , he is not ! He looks scary , and I love that about him ! The skull looks real and my kids were spooked out . I can't wait for Halloween to scare the kids ! The only reason I gave this product a 4 star is because my husband had taken time to assemble the small pieces . Once he started to work , the slightest sound sets him off ...OOOOHHH!

I recomend this to anyone wanting to pull of a haunted house, my only concern is that its battery powered. and a little to loud. but it is worth it! :D

This prop is awesome! It sets up pretty easily with the directions. The first time I tried it, the dog ran out of the room and the cats scattered. A bit loud for indoors but put a piece of foam over the opening and it works much better. For outdoors, I would definately bring in at night or if it rains. Keeping it out of the weather is my suggestion. But all in all, its a great prop for the price and I can't wait to scare all my party guests and trick or treaters. Well worth the money and would highly recommend it. Happy Halloween everyone!!

Works fine, I wish a remote was included. A bit pricy for what you get, but if your into this stuff, most of it is overpriced. On the good side, it looks great and is fun for any Halloween lover!
