You need complete darkness, moonlight is enough light for it not to work. I tried it on a cardboard box and it if it sits in the light for 4+ hours it works in complete darkness. Worse thing is that the 2nd can sprayed for 1 sec and was out. it was it was still heavy like there was plenty left but I guess the nozzle malfunctioned. Wouldn't buy it again.

We do window displays at our house since the weather here is so unpredictable, wind, snow. Our windows were done and we had black lights on but really were having a hard time making details our. Wow! A bit of this here and there really made a difference. I would buy again but it is true one can doesn't go very far. Order more than you think you need.

Its a must have for my haunted house. I have use it on trees,spanish moss,props,rocks everything that i want to have that ghostly look, The cans are small so you need to do a lighty spay test coat first then at dark turn your black lights on then you can add more if needed. I just wish there was a larger size, buy extra you want be sorry.

I used this spray for my entry way Halloween Haunt, great stuff lit up everything i sprayed, I can hardly wait to next Halloween to get more.

I used it to spray messages in my haunted basement. I love this spray because it is a foam substance that sticks really well. It was really bright compared to other sprays even after being in the light for a couple of minutes.
